How long do sessions usually last?
It usually takes 1-2 hours to complete.
What's your turnaround time?
Photos will be delivered within 48 hours, if more time is required, we will contact you.
How will I receive my photos?
We will contact you via email to let you know your photos are ready. You will receive a password protected link to download the entire set of images, in a resolution that works well with MLS.
Do I need to be present at the time of the shoot?
No, you don’t need to be present at the shoot. Please provide a way for your photographer to access the property, for instance a lockbox.
Do I need to tidy the house up?
Yes, please have your property ready before the photographer arrives. Here are a few suggestions on what to do to prep the house; hide personal items such as, bathmats, small kitchen carpets, homeowners personal photos, toothbrushes, shampoos, bottles, trash cans, alarm clocks, home phones, dog beds, litter boxes, security signs and, or anything that will affect the marketability of the listing.
Do you do your own editing, what kind of equipment do you use?
Yes!, we use professional grade equipment to photograph your property, and edit using the latest version of Photoshop CC, Lightroom Classic and Photomatix to make your property look like a million dollars.
Do you travel outside the Atlanta area?
Yes, we will travel to any location, at a additional charge based on travel time and distance.
