How long does the photoshoot usually last?
Some take less time and some more time, There is an upper limit up to 4 hours.
What happens if someone gets sick, if there is bad weather, or an emergency?
We will reschedule to a new date, schedules will be based on current availability at time of rescheduling. There is no fee to reschedule.
Where will the photoshoot take place?
It will depend on your consultation and questionnaire.
How long will it take to receive our images?
The proof gallery is posted one week after your session.
How far will you travel?
Our travel to your location, within 30 miles of the 30319 ZIP Code, is included in your session. Travel beyond that will cost $.50 cents per extra mile.
How will I receive my photos?
We will contact you via email to let you know your photos are ready. You will receive a password protected link to your photo gallery where you can select the ones you like. We will send the high-res (up to 11 x 14) for you to print, and low-res for internet use.
What can we wear, and can we change clothes?
Unlimited wardrobe changes are included with your session. You can use your different looks, and schedule your posts in social media to keep your content updated. You can get close to 3 months of content in one shoot.
Do you do your own editing, and what kind of equipment do you use?
Yes! We use professional grade equipment and edit using the latest version of Photoshop CC, and Lightroom Classic.
Do you use natural light or flash?
Natural light when shooting your candid, photojournalistic photos because is quicker and more flexible. We use our flashes when shooting your lifestyle and headshots.
What should I expect from the photoshoot?
In the first part of the session, we’ll take your headshots either indoors or outdoors, the second part is when we take your lifestyle shots. This is when we start bringing in props that help tell the story of your brand and finally we will shoot your candid photojournalistic shots, this will tell your audience what it feels like working with you, what happens when they work with you and what they get after working with you. We use long lenses, so we are able to shoot from a long distance in order to not be in your space, but close enough to give you some direction on posing. It varies from person to person depending on their branding needs.
Why do I need a commercial license?
Personal branding photography is different from traditional photo sessions, because the end use is commercial. We will provide you with a commercial license for you to use in any commercial, personal, non-profit or editorial projects, involving advertising, print media, web site publication, or broadcast as chosen by the licensee.
How can I use my images?
You may use your images in the following ways: landing pages, email signatures, social media profiles, email marketing, websites internal marketing material among, others. You can’t sell the images as stock photos nor transfer them to a thrid party. If you need any of the photos taken for commercial use, we’ll happily license the rights to the image at a additional fee.
How do I pay for my session?
30% of the total price is required as a non-refundable deposit in order to secure your date. The rest needs to be paid 3 days before the shoot. You can also pay the full price at time of booking. We are flexible to working with you on a payment plan to fit your needs, if necessary.
