The contest is open to individuals 18 years or age or older who are committed to a wedding date between March 1, 2024 and November 31, 2024. Contest winner must sign an agreement to Terms and Conditions for Wedding Photography; and when permitted, a Publicity Release granting the right to use names, likenesses, voices, opinions, biographical information, city and state of the Winner and Winner’s Wedding Wedding Partner for advertising and publicity purposes without additional notice or further payment or compensation. Timing; The contest will be posted on https://www.cristianlopezphotography.com/wedding-contest, starting at or around 12:00 am (EST) on November 15 2023 and ending at 11:59pm (EST) on December 22 ,2023. No purchase is necessary to enter. Limit one entry per person per household. Prize may not be transferred. If the wedding is cancelled or postponed beyond November 2024, the prize will be forfeited. Winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize and any other expenses not specified relating to the acceptance and use of the prize. Winner Selection/Notification: The Contest winner will be selected in a random drawing to be conducted by Cristian López of Cristian López Photography on or around December 22, 2023. Cristian López will notify the potential winner via email address provided. Cristian López will make no more than two (2) attempts to email the potential winner over a forty-eight (48) hour period. Upon notification, the potential winner must confirm his or her identity and eligibility, by signing and returning an affidavit of eligibility within forty-eight (48) hours of initial contact to sponsor. The potential winner and potential winner’s wedding partner must also complete the Liability Release, Publicity Releases, and Agreement to Cristian López Terms and Conditions for Wedding Photography and return them to Cristian López within five (5) days after receipt of such document. If any potential winner or a potential winner’s wedding partner fails to sign any of the required documents or if a potential winner otherwise forfeits the prize, and alternate winner may be chosen at the sponsor's sole discretion. Release: By entering this contest, entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Cristian López, independent contractors and affiliates from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the 2023 Wedding Photography Giveaway Contest. The name of the contest winner will be posted on on all social media outlets, and https://www.cristianlopezphotography.com/ after verification and awarding of the prize.
